WHAT IS YOUR MINI GLAM PHOTO BOOTH?

Our Mini Glam photobooth has a sleek and modern design and takes your event to the next level by giving your guests a fun way to remember your day. Our Mini Glam Booth is a fully digital option, which is great for couples who just want their guests to have fun without the need for prints. This booth takes photos, GIFs, and boomerangs, all complete with a skin-softening black & white feature that will make you look glowing. You and your guests instantly receive your photos, GIFs, and boomerangs to your phones.

WHAT IS A BOOMERANG?

A Boomerang is a burst of photos that play back and forth to create a video that continuously replays on a loop. 

DO YOU PHOTOBOOTH RENTALS INCLUDE SETUP TIME?

They do! This means there is no additional time for you while we setup. We arrive one hour prior to your rental start time to set up the photo booth. We break down once your rental is complete. This means that if you booked a two-hour photobooth rental with us, we will arrive an additional hour before your rental starts to complete the setup.

CAN THE WE PLACE THE PHOTOBOOTH OUTDOORS?

Inquire with us for specific details on our setup requirements and we will give you a full breakdown of where we can place the photo booth with the necessary setup requirements. 

DO WE GET AN ONLINE GALLERY?

Yes! You will receive an email with access to the gallery. Your guests will have access to their media as well so that they can continue to live in the fun moments and print anywhere they would like.

HOW DO GUESTS SHARE THEIR BOOMERANGS TO INSTAGRAM?

Guests will have the option to email or text their still photos to themselves which they can share instantly to social media. For animated GIFs and boomerangs, the photo booth has a built-in Instagram option where guests can send their animated videos to their email to receive the file type necessary to share to Instagram. This gives your guests an MP4 file of their media because Instagram will only allow this form of file to share moving pictures/videos!

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM AND WE NEED SOMEONE TO TROUBLESHOOT?

We keep track of things virtually from our end to ensure everything runs smoothly. We have you appoint an “Overseer” in your contract such as a wedding planner or venue coordinator. This person acts as someone that we can get in touch in the event that we need to quickly troubleshoot. However, we have precautionary measures that we take during your event setup to prevent incidents and we are always a phone call away within proximity to the venue. Our Mini Glam Booth is equipped with user-friendly capabilities. We love this photo booth option because of the simplicity of its setup with fewer moving parts than a traditional printer photo booth, and in our opinion, it's a lot more fun!  

DO YOUR BOOTH RENTALS COME WITH A BACKDROP?

Our Mini Glam Booth options require a sleek white backdrop for that glam filter to take effect. For this reason, our only option for the Mini Glam is a white backdrop.

DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS?

We do not provide props! This booth option has a very specific glamorous look that we don’t want to distract from!

WHAT IS AN ANIMATED GIF?

An animated GIF is a set of still photos grouped together to make a fast-moving photo giving it movement.

IS THE BOOTH EASY FOR GUESTS TO USE?

Yes! Our Mini Glam Booth is a self-serve photo booth that gives guests full control over their photo experience. This is one of the number one highlights we hear from our clients and their guests. We get so many compliments on how much fun it was and the ease of use!

WHAT ARE THE SETUP AND SPACE REQUIREMENTS?

Our photo booth is a small setup with only one standard outlet required. This means that we can set up almost anywhere. If you need help choosing the best spot, we will help you choose the perfect space to maximize your photobooth for your guests. We do require a wheelchair ramp or elevator access to load the booth into your event. We cannot carry the booth upstairs and have this outlined in our booking contract. 

CAN YOU SET UP EARLIER THAN THE ONE HOUR INCLUDED?

We have an additional fee required for early setup. Ask us about this when inquiring for your date!

HOW DO THE GUESTS RECEIVE THEIR PHOTOS?

Guests have the option to email or text a copy of their media directly to their phones. 

WILL GUESTS RECEIVE THEIR PHOTOS INSTANTLY?

Our photo booth requires a working wifi connection on site. However, if there is no WiFi or the connection is not strong enough, all of the email/text messages will be sent into a queue for us. We will connect our own hotspot at the end of the night before packing up to send everything in the queue. If there is a working connection, we will connect with you and the venue manager to get the necessary passwords to connect to a working wifi connection once on site for guests to instantly receive their media. However, if the venue's wifi connection is not strong enough, if there is no open wifi connection for us to use, or if we are placed outdoors where there is no wifi available, all of the media will be sent into a queue for us to send once we are back on a working wifi connection.

DO YOU PHOTO BOOTH RENTALS COME WITH AN ATTENDANT?

Our rentals come with delivery as well as setup and breakdown, but they do not include an attendant. We arrive one hour prior to your rental start time to deliver and set up the photo booth for your event. We come back at the end of the night to break it down. We have found that guests have more fun and take more content when there is not an attendant hovering as with our previous photo booth options! We have been doing this for a long time and have curated our services to best serve your event. 

DO I NEED TO ATTEND THE BOOTH MYSELF SINCE THERE IS NO ATTENDANT?

No! If an attendant was necessary, we would provide one. This photo booth is user-friendly and does not need an attendant. We have found that our guests have a lot more fun without a hovering attendant for this photobooth rental option.

DOES THE MINI GLAM BOOTH OFFER PRINTS?

This booth option is a fully digital experience which means the guests have the option to email or text their photos, GIFs, and boomerangs. You will receive the full online gallery to save as well.

CAN WE PRINT AFTER THE WEDDING?

Yes! You can download the photos from the online gallery and have prints made anywhere you would like. This ultimately is more cost-efficient than on-site prints for those looking to stretch the budget further! Your guests will also have the same access to download and print their photos.
